Position Overview

Team DigiFea is seeking talented Client Support Executives for an international project (Night Shift). Ideal candidates must be fluent in English and possess basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Marketing, or Website Design & Development.

Responsibilities

  • Work night shifts from the office (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
  • Must have excellent speaking and listening skills in English.
  • Either prior experience as a client service representative or in providing international customer support.
  • Active listening and strong phone contact managing abilities.
  • Working knowledge of CRM procedures and systems.
  • Call international clients on both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • To satisfy customers, determine and evaluate their needs.
  • To answer consumer questions, one must possess a thorough understanding of the company’s goods and services.
  • Handle client concerns, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within the allotted period, and then follow up to make sure the issue has been resolved.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English (Must have excellent speaking and listening skills).
  • ย Basic Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or Digital Marketing or Website Design & Development.
