Responsible For
- Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to potential customers to pitch products/services, generate leads, and secure sales opportunities.
- To sell services / products over phone as per given instructions
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing queries and offering personalized solutions.
- Script Adherence: Follow predefined scripts while communicating with customers, adapting as needed to foster meaningful conversations.
- Identify what customers need and if they're happy with what we're offering.
- Collaborating with teams to coordinate efforts, share customer insights, and align strategies for improved sales performance.
- Perform statistical analysis and report findings to the Manager.
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 21 years
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and listening in English.
- Previous experience in client service or international customer support is preferred.
- Patience and the ability to connect with customers.
- Resilience to handle rejection and thrive under pressure.
- Freshers with fluent English are welcome to apply.
Educational Requirements
A minimum of O Level, A-Level, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
