Position Overview

Team DigiFea is looking for a skilled Call Center Trainer with exceptional communication skills, outstanding training abilities, and the expertise to develop and deliver impactful training programs. The Trainer will play a key role in enhancing team engagement, boosting productivity, and ensuring the retention of new and existing team members by organizing and delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs to help employees excel in their roles.
  • Conduct training sessions on customer service, personal development, and other key areas.
  • Work with management, manager and project coordinator to understand training needs and changes in policies or procedures.
  • Lead group sessions, workshops, and one-on-one training to build skills like product knowledge and software usage.
  • Track and report trainee progress to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Keep accurate records of all training activities and trainee performance.
  • Conduct role-playing activities to enhance communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure the training environment supports learning and aligns with department goals.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English (Must have excellent speaking and listening skills).
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Trainer or similar role.
  • Presentations skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of call center operations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using training tools and software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Energetic and passionate with the ability to motivate others.
