Position Overview

Team DigiFea is seeking talented Jr. Business Development Executive for an international project (Night Shift). Ideal candidates must be fluent in English and keen Sales or Appointment Setting or International Call Center experience.
 

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English (Must have excellent speaking and listening skills).
  • Must have strong communication skills with the proven ability to influence decision-makers at various levels.
  • Minimum 3 years of Sales or Appointment Setting or International Call Center experience. 
  • Ability to accurately read and negotiate contracts.
  • Strong “hunter” mentality is essential.
Responsibilities
  • Work night shifts from the office (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
  • Understanding the project requirement & making client relations.
  • Either prior experience as a client service representative or in providing international customer support.
  • Active listening and strong phone contact managing abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM etc
  • Call international clients on both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • To satisfy customers, determine and evaluate their needs.
  • To answer customer queries, one must possess a thorough understanding of the company’s goods and services.
  • Handle client concerns, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within the allotted period, and then follow up to make sure the issue has been resolved.
