Position Overview:
Team DigiFea is excited to invite applications for the role of Content Writer. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling and well-researched content targeted towards specific audiences to enhance conversions. This is a day shift position with excellent compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct thorough research and craft engaging blog content that resonates with our target audience, driving increased conversions.
✔ Produce diverse content types, including scripts, emails, social media posts, blogs, and white papers on a regular basis.
✔ Actively manage and promote our blog, while also collaborating with relevant third-party platforms to pitch articles.
✔ Analyze content marketing metrics and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
✔ Collaborate with various departments to generate innovative content ideas.
✔ Communicate clearly and effectively.
✔ Conduct keyword research and adhere to SEO guidelines to ensure content optimization.
✔ Stay updated on the latest Google Content Algorithm updates.
✔ Demonstrate keen attention to detail throughout the content creation process.
✔ Have to work in a team and friendly environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
✔ A minimum of A-Level/O Level or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
✔ Solid knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.
✔ Exceptional writing skills, coupled with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
✔ Strong ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
✔ At least one years of experience writing for a B2B audience.
✔ Experience in creating website content is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
✔ Performance bonus of Tk. 0-500 BDT from the first month, in addition to your basic salary.
✔ Attendance Bonus of Tk. 1,500 BDT
✔ Food allowance of Tk. 2,500 BDT
✔ Transportation allowance 500 BDT
✔ 08 Annual Paid leaves after completing 6 months of employment.
✔ Festival Bonus: 2 bonuses yearly.
✔ Unlimited tea/coffee during office hours.
✔ Snacks are provided once per day during office hours.
✔ Yearly recreational activities based on performance.
