Night Shift Job!!!

Team DigiFea is looking for Customer Service Executive (Night Shift) Who can handle complaints, give consumers the right solutions depending on their needs, and follow up to fix any problems their client’s encounter.

You must also be a great communicator (English) with basic digital marketing knowledge (Website design, SEO, SMM, Telemarketing) because you will interact directly with our foreign clients with the purpose to onboard for providing our service to them. Additionally, you need to be friendly in order to defuse any hostile customers. You also need to be able to work quickly. Overall, the experience in selling services to the foreign client.

Office Location: 622, Mizan Square (7th Floor), Begum Rokeya Ave, Kazipara, Mirpur 10, Dhaka 1216.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Demonstrating proficiency in CRM procedures and systems.
✔ Engaging in both incoming and outgoing calls with international clients.
✔ Assessing and understanding customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
✔ Possessing comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to address customer inquiries.
✔ Managing client concerns by providing suitable solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes, and following up to ensure resolution.
✔ Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
✔ Going the extra mile to actively engage customers.
✔ Showing motivation to improve and contribute as a team player.
✔ Performing additional assigned tasks as needed.
✔ Conducting statistical analysis and preparing reports for the Manager.

Job requirements:
✔ Must be fluent in English (Must have excellent speaking and listening skills).
✔ Digital Marketing Knowledge will be a plus.
✔ Either prior experience as a client service representative or in providing international customer support.
✔ Ability to Web Research.
✔ Excellent presentation skills with visual representation over Zoom or any other platform.
✔ Active listening and strong phone contact managing abilities.
✔ Being focused on the needs of the customer and having the flexibility to respond to various personalities.
✔ The capacity to successfully multitask, prioritize, and manage time.
✔ The capacity to assist clients in finding answers to their issues.
✔ Must be experienced in a related field (Minimum 1 year)

Academic Qualifications:
✔ O Level /A Level /Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any field.
✔ IELTS test takers who can demonstrate a score of 7 or higher will receive top consideration.
✔ Fluency in English can compensate for relaxed educational qualifications.

Compensation & Others Benefits:
✔ Monthly bonus Tk. 0-2000BDT on top of your basic salary.
✔ Attendance Bonus Tk. 4000BDT.
✔ Dinner allowance Tk. 2500BDT.
