Team Digifea is currently seeking for Telemarketing Executive (Night Shift) who is fluent in English and possesses exceptional sales abilities to conduct sales calls over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Making outbound calls: Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and secure sales opportunities.
✔ Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various sources such as databases, cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
✔ Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing their queries, providing product information, and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs.
✔ Script adherence: Following predefined scripts or guidelines while communicating with customers to ensure consistent and professional communication and adapting as necessary to engage in meaningful conversations.
✔ Team collaboration: Collaborating with sales teams, marketing teams, and other departments to coordinate efforts, share customer feedback and insights, and align strategies for improved sales performance.
✔ Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
✔ Perform statistical analysis and report to the Manager.
Academic Qualifications:
✔ O Level /A Level /Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any field.
✔ IELTS test takers who can demonstrate a score of 7 or higher will receive top consideration.
✔ Fluency in English can compensate for relaxed educational qualifications.
Job requirements:
✔ Excellent speaking and listening skills are a must.
✔ Previous experience as a client service representative or providing international customer support is preferred.
✔ Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
✔ Ability to handle rejection and work effectively under pressure.
✔ Freshers with fluent English are also encouraged to apply.
